| Comments: | Hello, I can't believe I stumbled onto your site! I just spent ten days in Co. Mayo with eight woman artists from the Boston area. I was drawn to the famine cottages and abandoned houses, they seemed so full of sadness and history! I recently did a painting of a famine cottage I saw on Achill Island. I think it is on my website (www.wanderingmindstudio.com) if you are interested. I don't know if I'll be able to afford to go back, but hope to sometime in the next few years, I found it all very inspiring. |
